近來有某些他方泵浦製造者，聲稱是協磁股份有限公司研發及技術的提供者，已引起協磁公司的關切。

協磁公司有需在此鄭重聲明表示，我們從未將產品研發工作外包給上述聲稱的他方泵浦製造者，我們的零件供應商依法也僅提供零件給我們。任何他方泵浦製造者有關是我方供應商的公開聲明，協磁公司將會著手進行調查，並將採取法律行動針對任何可能的損失尋求補償，以確保公司的信譽及品牌的完整性。

Important Notice

It has come to our attention that certain third party manufacturers have claimed to be research and technology provider to ASSOMA pumps.

We would like to clarify that ASSOMA INC. do not outsource our product research and development to such third parties and our suppliers are legally bound to supply our parts only to us. Any open claims by any third party entity to be our suppliers will be investigated and will be subject to legal actions to seek compensate for any losses and to protect the integrity of our brands.
